For salaried applicants: PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, last 3 months' salary slips, 6 months' bank statements, Form 16, and property documents. For self-employed: PAN, Aadhaar, last 3 years' IT returns, CA-audited financials, 12 months' bank statements, and property papers. Additional documents may be required by specific lenders.
Can I get a loan with a CIBIL score below 700? +
